Returns & Exchanges

 Return Policy:

Customer Service is of the highest importance to us.  We will do everything we can to make your shopping experience a pleasant one.  If you are unhappy with your purchase or would like to exchange it for another size or item please follow the guidelines listed below:

 * ITEMS NOT ELLIGABLE FOR RETURN...Vintage, Sale and Items of a personal nature are Final Sale items and CANNOT BE RETURNED. This will be stated clearly in the item description.

* Returns are accepted within 30 days of the customer’s original order date of the merchandise.  Returns need to arrive within the 30 days to qualify for a refund.  We cannot accept returns if the item arrives after the 30 days

* Items returned must be received in the original packaging with all tags attached and in New (Unworn) condition. Returns need to arrive within the 30 days for a refund. We cannot accept returns if the item is not in its original condition. 

* When an item is returned later than 30 days or not in new condition the item will be returned or a 25% re-stocking fee may be applied. 

*Returns will be processed within 5-7 days of receipt of the returned item.  The same means of payment will be credited the refund.
