Returns & Exchanges

 Return Policy:

Customer Service is of the highest importance to us.  We will do everything we can to make your shopping experience a pleasant one.  If you are unhappy with your purchase or would like to exchange it for another size or item please follow the guidelines listed below:

 * ITEMS NOT ELLIGABLE FOR RETURN...Vintage, Sale and Items of a personal nature are Final Sale items and CANNOT BE RETURNED. This will be stated clearly in the item description.

* Returns are accepted within 30 days of the customer’s original order date of the merchandise.  Returns need to arrive within the 30 days to qualify for a refund.  We cannot accept returns if the item arrives after the 30 days

* Items returned must be received in the original packaging with all tags attached and in New (Unworn) condition. Returns need to arrive within the 30 days for a refund. We cannot accept returns if the item is not in its original condition. 

* When an item is returned later than 30 days or not in new condition the item will be returned or a 25% re-stocking fee may be applied. 

*Returns will be processed within 5-7 days of receipt of the returned item.  The same means of payment will be credited the refund.

• Items must be received within 30 days of the original order date of the merchandise.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and it is highly recommended that packages are insured. 
• All returns items must be returned in folded original condition with attached tags and original packaging and must be in unworn, unwashed and smoke free condition.
• Received returns will be processed and original payment method will be refunded for the amount of your purchase minus the shipping charges incurred.
• Please note: It may take 5 - 7 days to process your return and 1-2 billing cycles for your credit card refund to appear on your statement.
• By shopping with LaRoux's Closet you have agreed to the return/exchange policies stated above.

How to Proceed with an Exchange:

 

• Please place a new order for the item you wish to exchange the item for.     
• Return the unwanted item by following the return instructions above and completing the Return/Exchange Form. Circle exchange-order placed on the return form.  
• Your exchanged order’s shipping will be refunded when the returned package is processed.
